Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Credits (where applicable) are valid for 12 months and may be applied to any future Queen of Retreats booking. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
London Meditation Centre is a place of rest and mutual respect. We ask all guests to observe the following:
- — Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am
- — No external alcohol during the programme
- — Photography of other guests is not permitted without explicit consent
- — Please arrive on time for group sessions
- — The retreat is a phone-free zone during shared practice times
All activities are opt-in. You are always welcome to rest, modify, or simply observe. Please disclose any relevant health conditions or injuries when completing your guest details — this is kept confidential and shared only with facilitators to ensure your safety.
Every retreat listed on Queen of Retreats has been personally visited and assessed by our team. In the unlikely event a retreat is cancelled by the organiser, we will offer a full refund or assist you in finding an alternative experience of equivalent value.
