With your retreat at 42 Acres coming up in June, we've put together a few tips to help you arrive feeling prepared and make the most of your time there.

What to pack
42 Acres is set in the Somerset countryside, so layers are your friend. Bring comfortable clothing for yoga and outdoor walks, sturdy footwear, and a refillable water bottle. Wifi is intentionally limited — consider it a digital detox.

Getting there
The nearest train station is Frome, approximately 10 minutes by taxi. If you're driving, parking is available on site. We recommend arriving by 3pm to settle in before the welcome circle.

What to expect
Each day begins with morning yoga and ends with group dinner. The programme is gently structured with plenty of time for rest, reflection, and exploring the land.
